Returns & Exchanges

At BTO Sports, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, tagged apparel. Once we receive your item in its original condition, we will process your refund or replacement immediately.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is confirmed via email.
